Hi, I’m Emma, mom to a little boy who completely changed my life in 2022.

When he arrived, I was over the moon… but also overwhelmed. Motherhood was beautiful, yes, but it was also harder than I imagined. Suddenly everything felt new : new routines, new challenges, even a new version of myself I had to get to know.

What helped me most was learning that I didn’t need to give up the things I loved. I could still meet friends, run errands, work on my projects… I just wanted to do it all with my baby close to me. That’s when babywearing became such a lifeline.

I tried different wraps and carriers, but none felt quite right. Some were clunky and uncomfortable, others looked nice but lacked real support. I often felt like I had to choose between comfort and style. And honestly, I wanted both.

That’s how Sleepura began. Together with my partner, we decided to create a baby carrier that solved the problem we kept running into: something practical and safe, but also beautiful and confidence-boosting. A carrier you’d actually feel good wearing, whether at home, on a walk, or meeting friends in the city.

Our mission is simple: to help parents feel free and supported while keeping their baby safe and close. Carrying your baby shouldn’t be a struggle, and it shouldn’t mean giving up who you are.

Sleepura is still a small family project with a big heart. We put love and care into every detail, because we know what it feels like to be in your shoes. If our carrier can make your days a little lighter, your outings easier, and your bond with your baby even stronger, then we’ve done what we set out to do.
